PARENT PORTAL: Once your child is enrolled, you will be provided access to the Parent Portal. This Portal will be where you can manage your child’s enrollment and class selection, register for Private Lessons, Evaluations, Clinics, and other Events, and manage payments for your account. Once a student has been placed the first time by our enrollment coordinator, it becomes the responsibility of the parent/guardian to enroll each student each session for classes, clinics, private lessons, evaluations, etc. Everything is accessible in the Portal.
MONTHLY TUITION: Full tuition is due the 1st of the month. A $15 late fee will be applied if payment is received after the 7th of the month. Paid tuition guarantees your child’s place in his/her class through the month. Enrollment cannot be guaranteed if full payment has not been received by the 7th of the month.
- 1st: TUITION DUE :: monthly on the 1st.
- 8th: LATE FEE :: Unpaid accounts will incur a $15 late fee per student
- 15th: LATE FEE + AUTO CHARGE or UNENROLLMENT :: Unpaid accounts will incur an additional $15 late fee per student. We will attempt auto charge. If payment is not successful, students will be unenrolled. Notice may not be provided, however, your account and enrollment info is always available on the Portal. Tuition and Late Fees are still due. Refunds are not provided for classes missed (see Make-ups below for policies on missed classes).
- Accepted Payment Methods :: We accept Visa, Discover, and Mastercard payments through the Parent Portal or cash in-person. All credit card payments will automatically be surcharged 2.59%. This surcharge does not apply to debit cards.
- Auto Pay: Families may select Auto Pay for their monthly tuition and charges. Those accounts are charged monthly tuition and outstanding fees on the 1st of every month.
- All families provide NGA permission to charge the payment method(s) kept on the Parent Portal account at the time of booking or purchase. The following charges are auto charged: annual membership, concessions, merchandise, private lessons, evaluations, tuition fees, clinic enrollment, special event enrollment, & camp enrollment. No unpaid reservations will be held.
- If payment fails for merch or concessions, an addition $1 per day, per item purchased, will be applied to your account until paid.

MAKE-UPS: Make-up classes are not guaranteed. Doctor’s Note Required.
NO CREDIT OR REFUND IS GIVEN FOR MISSED CLASSES. Once you enroll and pay the monthly tuition, your child’s place is guaranteed through the month for the class in which they are registered, whether they attend or not. Because of this hold, refunds will not be issued.
- Make-ups may be provided in the case of CONTAGIOUS ILLNESSES. Make-up for day(s) missed may be scheduled once the office is provided with a signed doctor’s note for the child.
- Make-ups are contingent upon class availability and are not guaranteed.

CANCELING ENROLLMENT: If you wish to discontinue your child’s enrollment, you must provide email notice to info@nassergym.com by the 15th of the previous month to avoid additional charges.
- No pay, no shows will still owe for the full month of tuition since the child’s spot rolls over month to month.
- Failure to notify of drop, will result in a $90 drop fee, which you agree we can auto charge once the student is deemed as “no pay no show” (15th of each month)
ENROLLMENT HOLD: Need to take a break, but don’t want to lose your child’s spot in a particular class? Consider an enrollment hold. Enrollment holds are available for $50 per month to hold your child’s spot in a specific class even though they will be absent. These can be set up by emailing info@nassergym.com at least 1 week in advance of the month you wish to hold enrollment. Holds are only applicable within a session and do not transfer between sessions, therefore, they are not available in December, May, June, or July.
PARENTS, SPECTATORS, & CHILDREN IN THE FACILITY:
- NEW STUDENTS: A guardian is required to remain in the building during a child’s first class. Otherwise, it’s up to the family weather or not they have someone stay during practice. Many drop off & pick up; some stay to watch. It’s up to you.
- No spectator should speak to any student or coach while they are on the floor. If a coach needs assistance, they will come to you.
- Only USA Gymnastics certified coaches and actively enrolled students are allowed on the floor at any time. Per USA Gymnastics policies, parents, spectators, nor non-enrolled students are ever allowed on the floor. If a student is injured or we need assistance, an NGA employee will address the guardian. It is NEVER OK to call out or step foot onto the gym floor.
- Parents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their child(ren) and guests while on the premises of NGA, including but not limited to bathrooms, waiting areas, parking lots, etc. Spectators should remain respectful of classes and shall keep their volume low and limit distractions for our classes.
- Students should not arrive more than 5 -10 minutes prior to the beginning of class and should be picked up immediately when the class ends. Children must NEVER be left unattended in the facility beyond their class time.
Children (17 and younger) who are not actively in a class, must always be accompanied by an adult while in the facility. They are not allowed to roam freely through the gym facility at any time.
Additional Policies agreed upon at time of registration:
- Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, & Indemnity
