PARENT PORTAL:
Once your child is enrolled, you will be provided access to the Parent Portal. This Portal will be where you can manage your child’s enrollment and class selection, register for Private Lessons, Evaluations, Clinics, and other Events, and manage payments for your account. Once a student has been placed the first time by our enrollment coordinator, it becomes the responsibility of the parent/guardian to enroll each student each session for classes, clinics, private lessons, evaluations, etc. Everything is accessible in the Portal.
PARENTS, SPECTATORS, & CHILDREN IN THE FACILITY:
- Arrival and Pick-up: Students should not arrive more than 5 -10 minutes prior to the beginning of class and should be picked up immediately when the class ends.
- NEW STUDENTS: A guardian is required to remain in the building during a child’s first class. Otherwise, it’s up to the family weather or not they have someone stay during practice. Many drop off & pick up; some stay to watch. It’s up to you.
- Parents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their child(ren) and guests while on the premises of NGA, including but not limited to bathrooms, waiting areas, parking lots, etc.
- Children (17 and younger) must NEVER be left unattended - must always be accompanied by an adult while in the facility. They are not allowed to roam freely through the gym facility at any time.
Safety Rules: It is NEVER OK to call out to coaches or students on the floor or to access Restricted Areas. Spectators shall keep their volume low and limit distractions for our classes. All spectators must remain seated and not crowd the lobby, hallways, or stand near railings. If a student is injured or we need assistance, an NGA employee will address the guardian.

ENROLLMENT CHANGES:
At any time, you may enroll your active student into additional classes on the Portal. If you want to make class changes that require a drop or transfer, please email info@nassergym.com
CANCELLING ENROLLMENT:
If you wish to discontinue your child’s enrollment, you must provide email notice to info@nassergym.com by the 15th of the previous month to avoid additional charges.
- No pay, no shows will still owe for the full month of tuition since the child’s spot rolls over month to month.
- Failure to notify of drop, will result in a $90 drop fee, which you agree we can auto charge once the student is deemed as “no pay no show” (15th of each month)
ENROLLMENT HOLD:
Need to take a break, but don’t want to lose your child’s spot in a particular class? Consider an enrollment hold. Enrollment holds are available for $50 per month to hold your child’s spot in a specific class even though they will be absent. These can be set up by emailing info@nassergym.com at least 1 week in advance of the month you wish to hold enrollment. Holds are only applicable within a session and do not transfer between sessions, therefore, they are not available in December, May, June, or July.
