RECREATIONAL CLASSES

Recreational classes are all classes that are not specifically for girls competitive team. Everyone starts here.

Required 1-month Beginner Class for new students

Over the years, we have learned what makes for the best experience for our gymnasts. It can be unsafe for an inexperienced student to jump in with more experienced students. To that end, we require all new students (new to gymnastics, new to Nasser Gymnastics, or new in the past year) to complete a beginner class for their first month.

We place that class at the beginning of each month and there is often a waitlist, so register early to get started. Once new students have completed the beginner curriculum, they will move into an open regular class. Any new students enrolled in regular classes will be transferred to a beginner class. This curriculum cannot be skipped. If a beginner student misses more than one beginner class, s/he will need to complete a private lesson to cover the missed curriculum prior to being enrolled in a regular class.

Though we HIGHLY recommend the beginner class, if it doesn’t work for you, the other option to complete the beginner curriculum is to sign up for 2 Private Lessons (PLs) instead. Registration is still required.
